The estimated 75 minute wait at PF Chang's turned out to be only 15
minutes, leaving ample time to get to the Cheesecake Factory.
Fortunately there's a 15 minute wait here – which is about how long it
will take me to decide what kind of cheesecake to get. Come Monday
morning I'll be looking for some roomy dress slacks!
