We got in a great ride on Sunday. We also remembered that the air is considerably thinner at 8,000 feet than it is at sea level! Ouch! We even ran into a few patches of snow – that cold white stuff that we haven't seen in years. All in all it was a 9-mile climb followed by a 9-mile descent that was spectacular.
