When we left the house this morning it was cool and overcast but 20 minutes when we got to the trailhead, it was blazing hot and sunny. Fortunately a fellow biker gave me some sunblock. We got in a 3-hour ride and I polished off two water bottles and completely emptied my 100oz Camelback reservoir. Donna spent some time working on her technical skills and all-in-all we had a great ride!
