We walked out of the hotel to discover there’s a fire burning over the hillside. Suckin’ in smoke all day Sunday will be fun… a great excuse to sleep in and be lazy for the day.

Donna opted to walk a particularly gnarly section of today’s trail. Really I think she just wanted the time to soak up the fall color – of which we get none in the Camarillo area.

Of course from this perspective, you can’t see the smoke at all. Big Bear Lake is beautiful for sure… plus you cam get a great house here for around $200,000! Hopefully you don’t mind the neighbors monster truck.
