Donna is sooo ready for her race in the Sea Otter Classic! She totally schooled me today in terms of endurance. She rocks at maintaining a pace perfect for the distance she has to ride.

Previous: We rode for about five hours today. I bonked at 4.5 hours, leaving Donna to totally carry me through the last 30 minutes.

Next: The beach once again served as a perfect backdrop for a picnic – bagels with PB & honey plus some nice salty cashews washed down with some Cytomax.
