BACK IN THE SADDLE AGAIN

It felt soooo good to be out in the sunshine on a 70-degree day, mtn biking the hillsides between Newbury Park and Westlake Village with Donna.

Previous: Bike ride… check. Lunch at Panera… check. Odd & ends at the bike shop… check. Chill time with a SKCDL… ahhhh.

Next: Despite how lousy I felt during yesterday’s ride, we decided to hit the trails again today. What a difference – I felt like the Energizer Bunny.
