Our washer and dryer sit underneath a shelf in the garage, making it impossible to open the washer lid the entire way, or even far enough that it stays open on it’s own. Your average person might think… “Hey, time for a front-loading washing machine.” But for someone like myself, who has Grandpa Stephonic blood in his veins, the thought is more like, “Why spend $600 on a front-loading washing machine when the issue can be resolved with a $1.00 bungee cord?” Plus, it looks really nice!
