Today’s ride was bittersweet for Donna – it felt great to be back on a bike but certainly it took a toll on her back. It was a short ride at a very moderate pace so I don’t think we risked too much. After the ride it was off to Panera for lunch then Muvico for a 4pm matinee of “Super 8,” which turned out to be a great movie.
