We kept postponing getting out for our anniversary dinner, so Monday we headed to PF Chang’s, one of our all-time favorites. One dish we can never resist is the Mongolian beef and tonight we added some shrimp & chicken steamed dumplings, Chang’s spicy chicken and some beef fried rice.
