Eating more, to lose weight

The holidays are over, vacations have come to an end and Donna and I have some serious weight-loss goals to tackle. Jogging at 5:30 am is one of my least favorite activities, especially now that I discovered that I actually burn more calories while cycling, but unfortunately Buddy hasn’t learned to ride a bike and he needs his daily exercise.

So my best discovery so far has been that adding a salad with broccoli, carrots and cauliflower really helps supplement my tiny frozen meal. I feel more full which means I snack less (not at all) in the afternoon and I’m not famished when I get home from work, which helps me control portions at dinner time.
