Donna and I got out for a hike with Buddy this morning and no doubt it was the longest hike Donna has done in quite some time. We did 6 miles with some decent elevation gain in two hours – I had to stop frequently to take photos.
Donna did great though she ended up fighting off a bought of nausea not long after we were done – we don’t know if there was any relation between the hike & how she felt.
