We kicked off 2015 with a bitter cold hike – I mean, it was SO cold that moisture on the plants (in the shade) was FROZEN. I believe it’s called “Frost.” Anyway, we powered through, only to find a small body of water (a puddle to be more specific) that also was frozen! Well, some of the top layer edges were frozen.
Anyone from up north would have been out in shorts and maybe a long-sleeve shirt, but SoCal has sissified me.
