Donna and I headed into our 11th Anniversary weekend not 100% sure of which actual day it fell on.
Friday, around 10 a.m., I confirmed with Donna via text message – “Today is our anniversary.”
We work well together that way.
Friday was a standard work day. Even Saturday started out the same as most Saturdays. But by 2 p.m. we were headed out the door for a movie and dinner. While at the restaurant, I told Donna, “Remind me to never eat movie theater popcorn again.” I’m pretty sure I never will. I wouldn’t say it ruined my dinner, but it did not sit well, to say the least.
After a very lazy start to the day Sunday, we headed out for a ride around 11 a.m. Afterwards, lunch at Mission Oaks Cafe, which we rode to from the Hill Canyon trails.
