Our home inspection was today. The inspector is known as the ‘Deal Breaker’ — primarily because he finds things that most home inspectors wouldn’t. That scared us a little, but was reassuring at the same time.
The good news is that he found nothing wrong with ‘our’ new home. More importantly, Buddy seemed to approve of the front yard.
August 1, our closing date, just gets closer and closer every day!
