We shared a wonderful morning on the trails at Claytor Lake State Park and it was just what we needed. It was a rough, disappointing work week – the kind that makes you question why you are where you are, and what’s next. We had time to just talk, to be together, and it was fun to see Buddy enjoying his adventure.
