We had a beautiful ride along the New River today. Along the way we came across a fox that darted across the trail as we rode by, a deer & her fawn nestled in tall grasses, beavers working on their dam, a mole, a chipmunk, Canadian geese, and a group of four ducks that appeared to be going for a walk along the path.
After the ride, we picked up some BBQ in Pembroke and headed to one of our favorite picnic spots with mom, dad & Tiff. It was delicious, but I definitely ate too much.
