Losing four pounds in one day…. I think not. I was consistently at 251-252 lbs a few days ago and I know the numbers will jump around a bit when I’m stepping on the scale every day. Nevertheless, it was nice to see that number on the scale this morning. I know it will jump back up tomorrow, closer to the original 251, but I’ve got a smile on my face today anyway.
Most likely I was down in water weight, though I consumed over 100oz of liquid yesterday, and I don’t believe I coughed up four pounds of mucus.
I’ve installed an app on my iPhone to help me keep track of my weight, target weight and BMI. According to the app (& all other sources out there) I fall into the obese range right now. Overweight I can live with. Obese, I can’t. Regardless of all the numbers, I’m closer to my goal.
