We didn’t have much time today because of work but I ran out over my lunch break and after work to take a look at a few interesting properties in Camarillo. It left me feeling much more optimistic about what we can get for our money but it also made me realize that there’s probably a 80% chance that we’re going to end up in Camarillo instead of Thousand Oaks or Newbury Park.
