Well Thursday over our lunch break we submitted our offer for the last of the homes that we looked at. A great, small yard. Three bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Two-car garage. No central air but we got an estimate from a local heating & cooling company and it’s not as expensive as what we had thought it would be.
Bottom line, we’re supposed to know if the seller has accepted the offer by Friday at 8pm. As much as we love it and really want to call it home, our first offer is really our final offer as we can’t afford to go any higher. This is going to be a long 28 hours – but hopefully we have an answer before 8pm tomorrow.
