We got out of the office long enough to see one house today. I really had high hopes, as I always seem to. The back yard is great and I love the interior, but here are the downsides:
1. HOA does not include exterior and roof repairs, like most do 2. Listing at $359,000 (not very flexible either)
3. HOA does not include insurance (like many do)
Between the $175/month HOA and the $359,000 price tag, it really puts us close to our limit. For the same monthly payment, we could buy a $375,000 home that does not have an HOA (or HOA fees) but such homes are rare, at best.

mom &i thought this house was very nice! I really like the fireplace & the fact that it has an area where all the dogs, oops I meant Cassie & your dog will be able to play!
