Donna’s back has been killing her for almost a week now, which has meant no cycling or running for her. The chiropractor has her on the road to recovery and she’s getting a little better every day. Biking just isn’t as much fun by myself, so I’ve resorted to running to get in a good workout in under 45 minutes. Unfortunately, it takes me ages to cool down after a run. When I’m riding, we usually conclude our rides with a 15-minute downhill back to the house. Running offers no such luxury.
