We’ve been very happy living in Newbury Park but as we get closer to moving to Camarillo, I’m starting to notice the little things that I really won’t miss.
We read through the HOA book for our new home and discovered that homes with two vehicles must park at least one of the vehicles in the garage. Homes with more than two vehicles must park two vehicles in the garage and no overnight parking is allowed on the street – ‘excess’ vehicles must be parked in the driveway. So this morning as I drove down the crowded street by our current town home, it was a relief to think of how much more aesthetically pleasing the new neighborhood will be.
