Closing on a home is a little different in California so as far as I’m concerned, closing day was today for Donna and I – we signed all the loan documents, which is the last of the documents we need to sign. All that’s left before the official closing day, a week from today, is a final walk-thru of the home tomorrow, and assuming all goes well, the transfer of funds. Hard to believe we’ve finally made it to the one-week mark!
