We needed a little time to ourselves… well, actually I just wanted Donna to myself for a few hours without Buddy butting in. We were going to see a movie when it occurred to me a short drive to the coast would be much more relaxing.
The ocean seemed a bit angry today. We never stepped foot on the beach – it was high tide and there was little sand to be seen.
Not only was the coast more relaxing than a movie, but it also gave us more time to talk. Ok, there might have been a little smoochin’ as well.
With a rather cool breeze blowing, it was also a great afternoon for cuddling – can you call it that when you’re standing? Whatever you call it, we were really close as I tried to help Donna stay warm. She ventured off on her own a few times but quickly returned for some assistance with getting rid if her goose bumps.
As if an afternoon at the coast isn’t romantic enough, we stopped on the way back to wash Donna’s car – it’s quite dark & private when the doors of the car wash close.

Wow!!!! The pictures are beautiful can’t wait to get to ca to see…… The 3of you… Yea, that’s right the three of you. Of course if we can take in some beautiful oceans while we are at it. We do miss you guys a lot and can’t wait to get to ca to spend time with all 3 of you. Love mom
