While I enjoy my job, I won’t lie and say I don’t look forward to weekends. While most people head out to the bars, restaurants and movie theaters every Friday night, we head home, to spend time with Buddy, who has spent the bulk of his week home alone.
His new chew toy is such a favorite, we have to take it away from him after about 30 minutes of chew time or else he’d completely dehydrate himself via salivation.
Donna didn’t make it too late into the night, which is typical. Of course Friday morning when the 5am alarm clock went off, I stayed in bed while she headed out with Buddy.
It still cracks me up when Buddy lays like this… just like his cousin Cassie, in Ohio.
