We went to bed Wednesday evening with every intention of getting out for an after-work bike ride at Claytor Lake Thursday evening. Fortunately, I know myself well enough to know that between 5 a.m. and 5 p.m. I can come up with all sorts of excuses to not exercise. Instead, we got out for a sunrise ride before work. It was so worth it.
