Saying goodbye is never easy. Before returning to Ohio, mom wanted a few last moments with the Pacific Ocean — and I can’t blame her.
Mom and dad were here for about seven weeks. When I tell most people, they cringe. “Seven weeks, under the same roof?” But I loved every minute of it.
